The workshop includes homemade seasonal treats as a grounded way to slow down, connect with nature, and explore wild herbs through the colder seasons.

Wild Edible Plants Workshop
As spring awakens, join a hands-on workshop exploring the wild edible plants that grow in our local nature. Learn to identify, harvest, and prepare these plants, discovering their flavors, nutritional qualities, and traditional uses. Together we’ll forage, taste, and create simple dishes to enjoy. Spaces are limited, so book your spot early to reconnect with nature and awaken your senses this spring.
Summer
Fermenting Wild Leaves into Tea
A hands-on workshop focused on fermenting wild leaves such as fireweed and raspberry leaf into tea. We work practically with the full process, exploring flavour, texture, and character as the leaves transform through fermentation. Participants start their own fermentation during the workshop and take it home to finish.
The workshop includes tasting of finished fermented tea and homemade seasonal fika made with wild edible plants. Dates and locations vary throughout the summer.
