At Borrowed Gardens, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find information about our shipping terms:
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Since our products are handmade and unique, shipping times may vary depending on stock levels and production time.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship all orders with PostNord or another shipping partner, depending on your location and the shipping option selected. At checkout, you will be informed which shipping method applies to your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on delivery address and weight and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Addresses
We ship to addresses within Sweden as well as internationally. It is important that you provide a correct delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Within Sweden, the typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, but may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders. International delivery times vary depending on destination and may be longer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.
7. Uncollected Packages
If your package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged for the shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return.
8. Delays
While we always aim to deliver on time, shipments may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays or technical issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
