The workshop takes place in my charming cabin, nestled in the tranquility of nature with the forest as your closest neighbor. Here, you’ll enjoy an intimate, close-to-nature experience where every moment feels genuine and authentic.

During this nature-filled day, we will:

  • Start with homemade coffee and herbal tea inspired by the season’s wild edible plants—offerings will vary depending on what’s in season.
  • Share a warm and fun activity alongside coffee that encourages presence, laughter, and space for personal memories.
  • Join a guided herbal walk where you’ll learn to identify nine seasonal wild edible plants, explore their taste and medicinal properties, and discover how to recognize them easily in the wild.
  • Cook five simple and delicious dishes using the plants gathered on the walk.
  • Enjoy a magical buffet featuring the colorful, natural, and flavorful food you’ve prepared together.
  • Take home a compendium with recipes and plant knowledge—as a keepsake and inspiration to continue your exploration.

Cancellation Guidelines for Private Group Workshops

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event date.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event will be charged 50% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total price.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • I understand that unexpected situations can happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to illness or emergencies, and I'll will try to accommodate your situation.
