These beautiful necklaces are made with sheer white meadow flowers, carefully handpicked from a large wild meadow around midsummer. The pendant is made of gold-plated brass and has a diameter of 14 mm. It is both nickel and lead-free, making it hypoallergenic. The chain, which matches the pendant, is of high quality and plated with 24k gold. It is durable and retains its beautiful shine over time.

In folklore, the nettle has symbolized connection, closeness, and togetherness — a reminder of the human need for community. In older traditions, the sheer white flowers of the nettle were believed to have the ability to capture evil spirits and negative energies, in the same way that the entire plant, with its sticky parts, sticks to clothing, fur, and hair. This ability to "attach" and hold on was seen as a symbol of capturing and removing the negative — and therefore the nettle was used in protective rituals and as an amulet plant to protect against harmful forces.
