Open Workshop: Wild Edible Plants – Saturday 14 September
Join a half-day workshop where we explore the richness of nature through wild edible plants.
Have you ever been curious about the plants growing around you—in parks, your garden, or the forest? The ones often dismissed as weeds? What if those so-called weeds actually are superfoods? Many of the wild plants we tend to overlook are packed with nutrients and powerful healing properties, often including anti-inflammatory benefits amongst other things.
If you want to learn more about how to recognize and use them in everyday life, you’ve come to the right place!

- A hands-on cooking session where we prepare five simple and delicious recipes using the plants we’ve just discovered.
