We also touch on the nutritional properties and traditional uses of fireweed and raspberry leaves. You gain a practical understanding of fermentation and how it shapes flavour, texture, and overall character, with an emphasis on tasting and sensory awareness.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAll materials are included.
